About the Role
NPL is a world-leading research facility, bringing together scientists and engineers from almost every field to help save lives, protect the environment and enable citizens to feel safe and secure as well as support global trade and innovation.
 

We are recruiting a Web Co-ordinator within the Marketing Department - working on the technical elements of the NPL website and promoting a strong online company voice to ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Web Specialist to deliver NPL website operations and content
  • Provide reports on the performance of the website using analytics, including SEO performance
  • Work with the Web Specialist to look at ways of using content and adapting the website to deliver effectively
  • Stay up to date with website developments and technologies
  • Design, code and optimise website according to requested specifications and provide additional support as needed
  • Monitor and deliver against change requests to web content obtained through relevant tools
  • Work across several stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Previous web co-ordination experience
  • Accustomed to proof reading ensuring all content is web correct
  • Good command of English language
About You

Experience of some or all of the following: -

  • Kentico or similar enterprise CMS
  • WordPress
  • Adobe Photoshop or similar
  • Ticketing service experience e.g. Freshdesk, Trello, JIRA or similar
  • SEO skills and experience
  • Google analytics
  • HTML, CSS
