As an organisation, we appreciate that change is essential to sustainable growth.  You'll be a key member of our Transformation and Change Team; responsible for providing analysis and evaluation, generating ideas, and, driving innovative and collaborative approaches with internal customers to support change projects and transitions for the organisation.


About You

You’re a Senior Business Analyst who has worked on several transformation and change programmes, preferably including large ERP transformations. You’re a great communicator who can influence others to bring about positive change.  You’ve supported business stakeholders throughout the journey; from initial idea through to go-live and transition into business as usual.  You have a track record of ensuring that there is an effective process and support framework to deliver business-critical change.

You have:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst across core business functions (HR, Finance, Sales etc)
  • Experience managing a team of Business Analysts
  • Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills
  • Confidence with data models and data mappings
  • Knowledge and experience of modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
  • Exposure to and understanding of different project delivery methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of stakeholder management and conflict resolution
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience partnering with and supporting Technical, QA, and, Training workstreams
  • Experience working with Business Change Managers and Business Stakeholders to understand and prepare for change
  • A track record of continually developing and sharing your knowledge, skills, and, experience across the wider change community
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics or other large cloud ERP systems highly desirable
