About the Role

A member of the Transformation and Change Team, responsible for leading stakeholder communications and engagement activities related to Project Rainbow and driving business change activity required to ensure operational readiness and the successful implementation of Project Rainbow outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition of the business change approach and operational readiness plan in collaboration with the Lead Business Change Manager and workstream Project Manager
  • Own the Project Rainbow stakeholder communications and engagement plan and work in collaboration with the Head of Engagement and Internal Communication Leader to ensure project communications and engagement activities align to NPL corporate style
  • Own the Project Rainbow stakeholder map underpinning the communications and engagement plan
  • Develop project communication and engagement collateral to ensure stakeholders and project team members are informed and engaged in Project Rainbow
  • Support Business Change Managers to complete change impact assessments and analyse the outputs to inform operational readiness and engagement plans
  • Monitor success of business change activities and adjust approach to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop knowledge, skills and experience to support continuous improvement in change management and support the Business Change Managers in the delivery of business change in their Departments
This is an 18 month contract
About You

As the Change Lead on a large internal digital transformation project you will be instrumental in supporting our drive toward achieving a 21st century working environment by 2022 with digitally modernised systems and services.

You have a proven track record in leading complex business change across large organisations to achieve successful outcomes. With excellent communication and engagement skills, you are a natural influencer who is able to affect change in a positive way.  You apply analytical thinking, leadership and strong organisational skills to ensure the operational readiness of the business to successfully adopt new ways of working. Experience and personal resilience allow you to overcome barriers, manage complexity, and tackle resistance.  Beyond that, we’re looking for someone who’ll thrive in an environment like ours.
