Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a delivery, resourcing, or candidate management role within recruitment, preferably in an internal recruitment environment
- Experience with Bullhorn, ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience in effective job advert writing
- Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong background in recruitment administration including interview organisation
- Commercially minded with the ability to spot and act on potential leads or patterns in candidate movement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
