    Our Finance team plays a critical role in shaping NPL’s success. By partnering across the organisation, we create a clear strategy and vision, monitor performance, and provide insights that drive informed decisions and sustainable growth. 

    We’re looking for a Senior Finance Systems & Process Analyst who will lead the optimisation of our finance systems, ensuring they support accurate reporting, strong controls, and efficient processes across the organisation. Someone who naturally spots opportunities for improvement and enjoys working with both technical teams and finance colleagues to deliver meaningful change.

     What you’ll be doing:

    • Leading system and process improvement initiatives across the Finance function, identifying opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance financial workflows.
    • Acting as the subject matter expert for Finance systems (e.g., ERP, reporting tools), overseeing configuration, upgrades and integrations.
    •  Providing high quality analysis to support decision making, including data modelling, reporting and insight generation. quality analysis to support decision making, including data modelling, reporting and insight generation.
    •  Working closely with Finance, IT and wider business teams to ensure system design meets operational and commercial needs.
    •  Ensuring strong financial controls, data integrity and compliance are embedded across all system-driven processes. 
    •  Supporting change management activities, including training, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • About You

  • What you can bring to the role:

    • Good knowledge of Microsoft D365 system
    • Experience working in a Finance department.
    • A Finance degree or equivalent
    • A solid understanding of core finance processes and data flows (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, budgeting, month end including Cost Accounting)
    • Ability to work at pace, using time management skills to keep on track of multiple deliverables.
    • Experience of working on a D365 implementation
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
    • Be self-motivated and results driven
