You're an infrastructure engineer experienced in the day-to-day administration of IT systems and responsible for providing and maintaining access to systems, data, and applications. You will have a background in administering and maintaining on premises/cloud Exchange email, Windows Active Directory and NTFS file permissions. Experience of unified comms, analogue telephony infrastructure and data networking is highly beneficial.
Your technical skills are second-to-none and you also have good communication skills, are customer-focused and results-driven. Key requirements:
• Monitor, manage and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure continued service delivery.
• Understand the requirements of the business and be involved in developing solutions and technology enhancements
• Plan and manage technical deliverables within approved projects to deliver appropriate solutions to the business
• Provide 3rd-line support to the IT Service Desk
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and controls in relation to infrastructure systems
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and external partners

• MS Active Directory and O365 Admin (Exchange Online, Teams)
• NTFS folder/file permissions

• Backup technologies (Commvault & Rubrik)
• Endpoint management (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)
• Software packaging and deployment

• Strong Windows and O365 skills
• Physical data centre management
• Experience with physical and virtual server provisioning, configuration, and maintenance
• Excellent all-round hardware knowledge
• Good understanding of networking
• Experience of writing documentation - e.g. policies, procedures, wiki/knowledgebase articles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
